Blame Schools For Property Tax Hot Mess?!?

You could blame the schools but Gail should take all the heat, she was involved with the school district and apparently got mad that sLIE was taking tax money away from the schools so she raised the property taxes to get even with sLIE, problem is this doesn’t affect sLIE one bit, just the 800,000 or so taxpayers, she’s a sharp one that’s for damn sure.

From the Jackson county website; "I look forward to taking a hands-on approach to educating citizens about the assessment process.”

She quickly educated the western part of KCMO with all the extreme increases in home owners real estate taxes. She wants your money for the eastside of KCMO.
