KCPD searches for man in area of 35th and Bellefontaine
The Kansas City Police Department set up a perimeter at 35th Street and Bellefontaine Avenue in an attempt to locate an armed robber.Police initially received the call of an armed street robbery at 18th Street and Vine Street at 3:21 p.m.
They will never find him another one for the KCPD cold case file.
ReplyDeleteDoesn’t matter if they do, petersucker will let them free, why? Because he’s a black that’s why.
ReplyDeleteAn armed robbery in the daylight at 18th and Vine. Good grief it never stops being so apparent. Kcmo wants to set up better transportation for tourists to get to 18th from downtown.
ReplyDeleteThere’s just something wrong about not telling people from out of town what kind of crime they could be a victim of if they go there.
What is there to rob at 18th and Vine?
ReplyDeleteThis guy must have been from out of town.
Or maybe one of the musicians that got stiffed by Cheepto!
Real tourist trap there!
The robbers realize that tourists will have lots of money in their pockets while also falsely believing that the city wouldn't put a museum in a dangerous part of town. Poor tourists.
ReplyDeleteAs a VERY part time UBER and LYFT driver, I pick up out of town people all the time asking about the 18th and Vine district, what I tell them is simple, the only semi safe places to visit in this city is when the sun is up, after dark is a dice roll. Shootings in Westport, shootings on the plaza, shootings downtown. shootings in the hood etc etc, and if a out of towner visits here and has a medical problem and needs 911 services they die here. Nothing positive going on in KCMO these days!
ReplyDeleteSo the suspect is a black guy? Well, how about that!
ReplyDeleteA lack of affordable housing caused this crime.
ReplyDeleteThose damned busted out windows!
ReplyDelete18th & Vine is done. Get the city out of this business immediately.
ReplyDeleteWell, mostly the crime was after dark there. 3:00PM Sunday afternoon means there were people out visiting the museums and this POS still tried a robbery.
ReplyDeleteThe district is on a dangerous slippery slope now.
