Will Drones Save Kansas City From Crime???

Spy tech might not be the solution for the struggle against rising homicide and property crime but it does help authorities keep better track of any "suspicious activity" in neighborhoods nevertheless. Take a look:

  4. They cant fly over and record anybody’s property, the 4th amendment says so. I hope they have a fast way of getting search warrants
