Solar Power Could Save Kansas City But The Sun Stopped Shining Since Last Year

Don't get it twisted, TKC LOVES A CLOUDY DAY and the constantly gloomy weather suits this blog and our moody reader community . . . Additionally, Prez Trump hates solar panels. Still, there's a bright spot for energy optimists:

Solar energy continues to gain popularity in Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A solar farm, rebates for installing solar panels, and electric vehicles are all part of a series of initiatives turning Kansas City, Missouri, green. This year, city leaders adopted a goal to power all municipal operations with electricity from carbon-free sources by the end of 2020.

    Coal Burning, Solar Panels, Wind Turbines, and yet we have two Rivers, one of them the largest in the entire Country, flowing by 24/7, used for nothing but fish habitat, Grain Barges, and occasional recreational flood watching.
