JEFFERSON CITY - General Motors "stands with the Dreamers we employ," according to a copy of a company Diversity & Inclusion Report obtained by the Post-Dispatch. The report is being circulated among Capitol denizens, who want the automaker to invest $1 billion at its Wentzville plant, and its circulation comes as lawmakers debate whether state-funded colleges and universities can charge undocumented immigrants living here in-state tuition.
