Missouri looks at fetal heartbeat law with no exceptions for rape, incest

JEFFERSON CITY, MO (KCTV) -- Some Missouri lawmakers are looking to join other states in banning abortion when a fetal heartbeat can be detected. The Missouri bill would be one of the nation's most restrictive if enacted. It's similar to "heartbeat" bills signed into law in Mississippi, Kentucky, Ohio and Georgia.
