MARYVILLE, MO (KCTV) -- KCTV5 News investigative reporter Emily Sinovic introduces you to a local college freshman who was attacked her first month on campus. But, she isn't alone. An eight-month KCTV5 investigation found more victims with similar stories, all leading to the same suspect and the same dead end.

  1. NWMO state has many male students going there that are on probation for rape and sexual misconduct and they say and do nothing about it. That whole county is fucked up when it comes to rape, remember the two underage girls that got raped by a former senators grandson? One of the girls committed suicide because no one would believe her or do anything about it. The on campus police won’t do a damn thing when a girl calls them to say the probationer is still harassing her. There will be a death of an innocent young lady, just wait. What lies will they spread then?

  2. So what is kctv5 leaving out of the story?

Chances are the prosecutor can't make a legit case out of it because the accounts of what happened are full of inconsistencies..

    1. Or, the college is a main source for the area employment, and perhaps, other "influence", like say, it brings commerce and campaign funds to that little far-flung bedroom berg of Killa Shitty!

  3. A gang of girls needs to bait these aholes into getting naked and than super glue some things together and dump them naked in the country.

  4. What am I missing? The guy is gone from the school.

As @6:29 AM said, the prosecutor couldn't make a legit case to bring up charges. Too man inconsistencies. Remember the office still has egg on it's face after trying to railroad that kid from Maryville HS. With of course Jean Baker's help.

  5. Were the girls like really hot? What were they wearing, like really short skirts?

  6. Rape is terrible, and rapists ought to be hanged. But, there are far more stories of I-made-a-dumb-decision-drunk-I'll-say-it-was-rape than legit cases. Back in the day, drinking and hooking up was literally the only point in going to the bars. Not that I got much action, but on more than one occasion the beer googles had been much stronger the night before than the morning after. But what the hey, comely girls need the lovin' too, and are generally much appreciative of it.

  7. Um, did anyone actually bother to read the article? He left bruises on one girl's neck while trying to strangle her and she had bite marks in her. The other accounts had a similar m.o.

This is a bleeping animal. He will do it again and get even more violent. And when it happens, I really want to hear the excuses of that bitch ass prosecutor.
