Outgoing Kansas City Councilman Scott Wagner Earns NEAT Honcho Job

Whilst many politicos are looking for better paying gigs in the private sector, the Mayor Pro Tem is staying put in one of the most politically active parts of town -- Signalling that he might not be ready to hang up his City Hall aspirations just yet.

Today's presser:

KANSAS CITY – Scott Wagner has been officially named as the new Director of Northeast Alliance Together (NEAT) beginning August 1, 2019. Wagner is the current councilman of the 1st District and Mayor Pro-Tem of Kansas City. He also serves as the chairman of the Finance and Governance Committee.

  4. NEAT is a colossal waste of everything life has to offer. Then again, Scott has always been their voice downtown so this is a good fit. Scott's pitch to the new Council members will be, "I promise not to waste too much of your time if you promise to pretend to listen to me".
