  1. OMG, um, the county has had lobbyists since the 1980s. As a first class county, the Missouri Association of Counties focus on small counties or 108 of the 114 counties that aren’t first class.

  3. @7:56 as a Clay County resident, let me assure you that Clay County is also one of those Counties that is not "first class" especially since Ridgeway and Owen started their shenanigans.

  4. Lol, 10:19, based on assessed value Clay is described in Missouri statutes as a first class county. Just like Jackson, Greene, St. Charles, St. Louis and Jefferson.

So yes, it’s a first class county, but the Chief Petitioner doesn’t care about facts.

  5. @10:27 I think everyone knows based on assessed values Clay County is a first-class county. What 10:19 was referring to was the way Gene and Luann are governing the county. Keep up the good work.

  6. What’s really funny is the folks who hate the lobbyists don’t seem to comprehend, AGAIN, that the lobbyists were very successful for the commissioners who hired them.....why ? Lol.... how did the recall bill do in jeff City that the Chief Petitioner was hailing? Oh wait, it died, aka lobbyist posted another kill.

You kindergarteners keep it up against Luann, you will get checkmated all the time.
