MSM reports that this is NOT A HOMICIDE but we note the tragedy as another sign of rough local life for the NEXTGEN given the tough circumstances overyall.
The narrative so far:
The boy’s mom said she woke up to the sound of a gunshot. Officers were called to the Vivion Oaks Apartments near Northeast 50th Terrace and North Oak Trafficway just before 3:30 a.m.
First responders found the teenager suffering from a gunshot wound and performed CPR, but he was ultimately pronounced dead at the scene.

In short another parent has left a gun sitting around for a child to play with.

ReplyDeleteStatements stated 2 adults and 6 children. Correction 8 children. A responsible adult would not have a gun readily accessible by a child.
