KANSAS CITY, Mo. - One man is in jail after ordering his large dog to attack police officers and trying to pull a gun from his waistband early Thursday morning in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident happened around 2:45 a.m. near St. John Avenue and Belmont Boulevard in northeast KCMO.
