  3. Amazing that those signs will prevent crime. KCMO should install more of them throughout the city instead of replacing the Paseo signs.

  6. But will that fat cops sitting around eating donuts actually come out to “protect and serve” while the transaction occurs? Do they people go indoors so the fat donut eating cops don’t have to get up? I mean, c’mon people, we need to know exactly how this works! Hahahahaha!

  8. I see more cops working in QT's and Grocery stores than I do seeing them working the streets!! How about the city pay them for extra shifts and let security guards handle the QT's and side gigs that off duty cops are working.. If a cop has to work a second job to support his/her family obviously there is a problem with how much a cop makes in this town. If the citizens want crime reduced, patrols stepped up, and homicides cut in half, well ya get what ya what ya pay for!!! Change cost money and the tax payers know this, so how bad do they want less homicides? How bad do they want someone to answer the phone when they call 911 when their loved one is in Cardiac Arrest on the floor? apparently not very many!!! KCMO SUCKS!

  9. 11:48 Actually its KCFD that wastes the most tax payer dollars out of any public saftey service in Kcmo. I will give them credit though the fire trucks are in pristine condition and they should be recognized for that, I wonder how many miles a year gets put on a fire truck, how many actual in use hours a fire truck gets VS a cop car or a meat wagon?, so there is that. How much money gets funneled into the fire and EMS services VS the police depatment? I bet the numbers would make the tax payers sick, and finally realize that the fire service is a highly political organization because of their Union, and yes the police Department is affliated with a Union as well, but a very weak one, either way, either union - the fact still remains its a public service paid for by tax payers and in KCMO the results these 2 political supporting organizations provide for its tax paying citizens are NOT worth the fuckin money!

12:59, I would love to see a outside unbiased audit of where the ETAX money goes, what departments it benifits, how the money is spent and how the spending is justified! I live in Kansas and work (unfortunatley) in Kansas City Missouri, you peaked my interest now, because even though I am not a Missouri resident, I still pay the ETAX! cant wait to see the report on how our non resident tax dollars are spent!
