Women's clothing chain Dressbarn said late Monday that it would wind down its retail operations, closing all of its approximately 650 stores. The chain has 11 St. Louis-area locations, according to its website. Officials said all Dressbarn stores currently remain open, as does the chain's e-commerce site, and that there are no current changes to Dressbarn's return, refund or gift card policies.
