Kansas City Stealing Continues

There's a noticible uptick in KCMO property crime and here's one of many examples. Take a look:

Thieves steal work truck from Ivanhoe neighborhood group

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A Kansas City, Missouri, neighborhood group on Thursday released security video of a group stealing a work truck that has a special purpose. The theft took place in the parking lot of the Ivanhoe Neighborhood Council at 37th Street and Woodland Avenue.

Set out a valuable target and then post snipers. That's about the only way to deter theft, not to mention reducing recidivism.
