Kansas City Spy Tech Stays Winning

Public service notice and reminder that widespread surveillance on innocent and guilty alike is the preferred method for crime-fighting despite so much chatter about "community outreach" and othe public relations. Take a look:

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- Shattered glass and a few shell casings. At first, that's all detectives had to try and catch a killer who shot a grandmother on her way home from work.

License plate readers? OMG - where are the screamers protesting PRIVACY? Isn't this the same situation as the red light cameras? Who cares if they catch criminals and protect lives? Isn't privacy the most important thing?
