Remembering that Kansas City baseball is BEST when the fair weather fans are gone and the diehards don't take everything so seriously but instead enjoy a good laugh at The K. Take a peek:

Royals get blown out, make mothers everywhere sad

The Royals lost. They disappointed all of the mothers in Kansas City on Mother's Day. The final score was 6-1, in favor of the Philadelphia Phillies. Here's your recap. The Royals scored first on a third-inning RBI single by Alex Gordon. Then the Phillies scored six runs in the fifth inning when Jake Junis absolutely melted down.That was it.

  5. Only mothers of the players are sad, the rest of us dont give a fuck about how the Royals SUCK. When the organization and owners want to go cheap, this is what you get!! Not a shocker!

  9. Not so bad-they will prob finish this season w 75 wins and top 87 next. Front office totally knows this and holds out hope for wild card at 85 wins. Too many gloomers don't get it or the math of the game
