How about instead of predict bad weather 5 days before it is unlikley to show up here, just sound the sirens if bad weather actually shows up here!! Local news TV ratings are factored into the duluge of propagada reguarding weather in this shit town. The weather dudes should just forcast homicides in this shithole called KC, at least if they did that they would be more accurate than they are with the weather!!!
