Royals not alone in MLB's struggle to increase attendance
The Kansas City Royals were held up as an example in a recent ESPN article about declining Major League Baseball attendance numbers. The Royals played an unscheduled midweek double header against the Tampa Bay Rays on May 1, with the first game starting at 12:15 to make up for a rain out the night before.
You want people to pay to watch Major League Baseball, get some major league players. Get rid of Dayton Moore, he is incompetent. Get rid of the owner. He is an inbred Arkansas hillbilly cheapskate.

ReplyDeleteWhen the royals are good you cant watch it on TV - they black it out, I have a TV and and my tv is 20 years old, the blackout has only happened 2 times in 20 years. the royals suck, because after the world series win, the greedy owner couldnt keep the players. I like Ned Yost but he needs to go. If Ned was in the NFL he would have been gone years ago!
