Family sues over death after altercation at Kansas City VA
KANSAS CITY, MO (AP) - The family of a veteran who died after an altercation with Veterans Affairs police at the Kansas City VA Medical Center has filed a wrongful death lawsuit. The three children of Dale Farhner sued Thursday in U.S. District Court in Kansas City.
