To be fair, she has been the subject of scorn for a great many Clay County activists and now she's sharing her side of the story. Take a look:

  1. We voters don't get to choose how they spend OUR money. I don't need a mailer or a fancy business card from the county honchos. I need them to do their jobs for a change.

  3. Most officeholders at local, State and Federal send out surveys and newsletters to communicate with constituents.
    Nolte's most important constituents are developers.
    Nolte has been promoting all the controversy at the behest of a developer who wants to regain control of Clay County.
    Nolte's first contribution in 2014 was $5,000 from his mentor developer.
    Millions of dollars in TIF and other incentives are at stake. Nolte has been leading the effort to create controversy in order to discredit the other officeholders in the hope that the others can be easily defeated.
    Withington has latched on to Nolte as birds of a feather.
    Discussions are underway to file a lawsuit against Withington for defamation of character causing damage to a professional reputation.
