  1. Lawsuit not filed yet, just typed. Writ of mandamus “do your job”. Um the commission did their job. Whether you like the budget doesn’t matter, legally.

But the petition folks scream for joy even tho this lawsuit is DOA.

  2. How much did Ridgeway/Owen pay you to post that crap?
    The suit IS FILED.

There WAS retaliation, they have even been stupid enough to brag about it within the hearing of low-level Courthouse employees and even Contractors who they don't control.

  4. The sheriff doesn't have the mental capacity to come in out of the rain. He wanted money to buy new cars, they sat in storage for almost a year while he whined like a sissy. The commsion gave him more money and he still cried. Thank god he isn't running again. Bring boydston back. He was a man.

  5. ^^^ He was a "man" who screwed the Department up so badly that it was bleeding Deputies. It took Vescovo six months to straighten the damn thing out.

Boydston is hated in the Department, and if he gets back into Office there will be massive departures again.

And the Commission DID NOT give him more money, or rather they (two unnamed Commissioners, yes, them) gave him money for vehicles and took even more from other areas.

Luanne and Gene are making up "facts" in these posts faster than any ad-lib standup comedian could.

  6. The person posting about "bring back Boydston" probably also think we need Mason and Norris again

  9. A lawsuit that hits the media before it is served to the defendants? Sounds like more of a PR stunt than a legitimate claim. The same thing tends to happen in those bogus "repressed memory" abuse suits.

  11. The suit asks the court to determine how much funding is "sufficient" for the sheriff's office. This is exactly the kind of thing that courts don't do because there is no law that defines what is "sufficient" -- it's a political issue, to be resolved through the political process.
