LET'S NOTE THAT OUR TKC BLOG COMMUNITY IS THE FIRST TO CALL FOR HIS FIRING 2019. Now, the beloved local icon is a symbol of the glorious past and incapable of leading the royals into the future. His dismissal and total reworking of the team is the only thing that can make this an effective rebuilding year and bring fans back into the game.

Kansas City Royals: Ned Yost and mediocre middle infielders
Ned Yost has created an interesting legacy during his time with the Kansas City Royals. He has brought the team to consecutive World Series appearances in 2014 and 2015, winning the latter. Yost has been the longest tenured manager in Royals history, and will likely find himself in the Royals Hall of Fame once his time on the bench is over.

Stadium needs to provide seat cover dispensers.
ReplyDeleteI think that if they make a move, he should be given the chance to mutually part ways .
ReplyDeleteHe deserves that by going to 2 World Series and winning 1. Don’t fire him, let him quit .
I can not figure out why a backup utility infielder like Chris Owings gets put into ther lineup every day unless we are actually tanking
ReplyDeleteNed Yost isn't the problem. They've hired and fired players, coaches, GM's and other management yet the trouble's still there.
ReplyDeleteThis team's troubles can be traced clear back to 1993 when David Glass got involved with its operation and later ownership. It doesn't take a rocket surgeon to figure out that new ownership is the answer.

ReplyDeleteNed has to make a lineup of the players he has been given by Jesus Freak Dayton Moore. Dayton Moore isn’t worth a fuck anymore. Also, our bullpen is worthless and again, put together by Dayton Moore.

ReplyDeleteI don't think Yost is the total issue here. The whole club as a whole is mismanaged. The solution to the issue is in my opinion a new owner who actually gives a crap about the team.
