Ward Parkway ready for 'Rock the Parkway'

It'll be a little chilly as runners get ready for the annual 'Rock the Parkway' race on Saturday. But due to this past winter, and the effect on the roads, some may be wondering about all the potholes in the area.

  4. Ward Parkway needed it. Hard to argue that. I think the job was on the books to happen in May and it just got expedited due to all of the complaints. The squeakiest wheel gets the oil, so they say.
