Life Lesson Confronting Voters: Will More Taxpayer Cash Save Local Public Schools?!?

In the aftermath of Mayor Sly's Pre-K rebuke, Kansas City Public TV helps local teachers pout about the need for more money and hold their youngsters hostage whilst a new trend suggests charter schools would spend the cash more effectively operating outside of direct district control.

That link is pretty much all that needs to be posted. Money does very little to improve public education to the point it's influence is almost zero. It's all about the type of students who attend and the families they come from

Of course this is obvious and true. If learning and education is not important to students nor families, throwing more money at the problem is simply WAstING that money.
