KCTV5: 16-year-old arrested after shooting outside Lee's Summit skating rink

"The shooting happened last Friday evening outside of the Landmark Skate Center located at 701 SE Oldham Ct. Following an investigation, it was determined a fight broke out in the parking lot prior to the shooting. A 16-year-old boy from Kansas City was taken into custody Friday and is awaiting charges."
More importantly, police said the 14-year-old victim hurt in the altercation is improving and doing well.

Charge the little prick with attempted murder, armed criminal action and minor in possession of a handgun as an adult and about 10-15 years oughta' do it.
ReplyDeleteMissouri doesn't have attempted murder they have first-degree assault serious physical injury the most times you only get about 7 years in prison did you have a good lawyer you will get probation
Delete^^^Too true. Even if he's tried as an adult and found guilty, he will be back on the streets before long. Maybe that's why the ghetto prefer their own methods of retribution over the thin gruel that is the state's methods.
