It's no secret that the cannabis industry is here to stay. Legislatures across the United States are undertaking the painstaking work of implementing regulations and licensing programs for medical marijuana, adult use of recreational marijuana and commercialized industrial hemp.

  3. Minorities aren't owed anything, absolutely nothing; for 50 years they have been give every opportunity and every advantage and yet many will still not do a second of work, rather waiting for the next handout; Minorities are not OWED anything, get over it

  4. They're already heavily involved. Just look at the shootings/murders resulting from drug territorial disputes and other aspects of their participation. There aren't enough balloons to warrant more inclusion.

  6. 1:27 is correct, the red star thinks the taxpayers should pay for the blacks to own a business, why don’t they start a business with their own money instead of mine, hell, they’ll just smoke up all the weed and go broke anyway.
