Paralyzed shooting victim now charged with murder
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A man paralyzed from the chest down in a 2013 shooting is accused of killing the man suspected of shooting him. Bryant E. Robinson, 24, of Kansas City, Missouri, was charged in Jackson County Court with accessory second-degree murder, two counts of accessory armed action and one count of accessory first-degree assault.
Only in Jackson county is premeditated murder (1st Degree) regularly charged as 2nd degree. Glad they got him but sad our prosecutors office too soft
ReplyDeleteIf you think they’re soft because of the murder 2nd degree, wait until Jean Petersucker Baker agrees to probation.
