Man cited for allegedly shining laser during AFC title game
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Prosecutors announced Tuesday they have cited a Lee's Summit man for allegedly shining a laser pointer at players during the AFC Championship game. Dwyan Morgan, 64, was cited for disturbing the peace. It's punishable by up to one year in jail or a fine of up to $1,000.
Should have shined it on the line of scrimmage in front of Dee Ford.
