Prosecutors say the suspect offered an undercover agent $150,000 to burn Mia Plaza, near the northeast corner of 39th and Bell streets. The property has three tenants: 39th World of Spirits, Bob Wasabi Kitchen and Sahara Sheesha Lounge. The suspect allegedly told the undercover agent that she was about to lose ownership of the building and that it was insured for more than it was worth.
