STALLED PROGRESS AT EMBATTLED MISSION GATEWAY REVEALS DEVELOPMENT DREAMS UNREALIZED ACROSS KANSAS CITY METRO!!!

It looks like they've turned some dirt but the place still looks desolate. There hasn't been much progress for the winter and excuses about the weather are wearing thin on neighbors who have waited years for promises to materialize.

THE QUESTION: IS THE KANSAS CITY SPRINGTIME REAL ESTATE SELLING SEASON ALREADY A BUST?!?!

You decide  but consider . . . On this humble street in the golden ghetto and across the greater KC area -- Locals now must decide if they want to put their faith in promises for real estate moguls and politicos or trust their eyes and watch so many promises yet to be fulfilled.
