  1. Dude looks cray. Likely an other guy who didn't have any access to mental health services in Kansas.

    Thanks Republicans!

  2. Sometimes access has nothing to do with it. The biggest problem mental health consumers have is follow through and staying on their meds. In other words, personal responsibility for their condition.

You may now continue your rage-boner against Republicans. Maybe you can blame them for the snow.

  3. Actually it was the democrats that killed a lot of mental health bills and forced the issues back on the states more.

  4. Looks like he left high school and immediately became an official product of the Obama and Sly James era.

  5. If those cops had had more range time he'd be dead.

  6. Surely it would have been possible to fill in some details. What was his relationship to the homeowner, if any? Why was he armed and pissed off? Heck, what was his name and age? Real reporters used to spend some shoe leather tracking down witnesses (the homeowner, for instance) and getting the back story. Now it seems all they do is make a phone call to a cop and print an outline.

  7. it doesn’t make any sense to shoot and disable a guy with a gun and kill a kid backing out of a garage, just sayin, they can’t win for losing these guys.

  8. I like the way Tony describes Fairway as a “tiny, crap town of Johnson County.” According to Zillow, the median home price in Fairway is $441k.

  10. He just needs to claim he is an illegal alien and he'll be just fine.

Get off with a slap on the wrist.

  11. Since when is it a crime to fire a weapon in your own home on your own property?

Then jack-booted thugs storm your home with guns blazing?

Welcome to the police state. Cling to your 2nd amendment and weapon stockpiles all you like, but no one is safe from the government anymore.

  12. The usual racist posters on TKC are probably very disappointed the suspect is not an African American gentleman. Sorry, racists. White people commit more crimes than African Americans do.

  13. 6:25, only because there are many more whites. On a proportionate basis, blacks commit many more crimes than any other racial or ethnic group. But you've been told that before. Time to find a different talking point, one that isn't demolished so easily.

  14. Whites kill people they don't know.
Blacks kill people they do know.

  15. What did he do that was illegal???

    Possessing a firearm isn't a crime.

  17. There's information out there if people would read before they "shoot" their mouth. There were shots fired at the elementary school across the street. The school called the police and the homeowner (the suspect's mother) called the police as well stating her son had a gun and was in the house. The police show up, he comes out and points the gun at the police after being asked to drop it. What would you do if you were the officer? How would you feel if it was your kid in that elementary school. He's lucky he didn't kill anyone and he's lucky he's not dead.

  18. Another White guy with a gun whose named Dylan. Go figure. Racial profiling actually can work. So far, two White Dylans with funds and shooting around schools and churches.

  19. ^^^^ Interesting idea. I don't know if I agree but I would like to read your blog too!

  20. I can't believe how stupid some of you idiots are. You can't fire a weapon in the city limits and certainly not in a fucking school zone. If you happen to possess a weapon, please point it at your face and fire.

  21. Why so many rounds fired by police and only one wound on suspect?
