ReplyDeleteEnding racism is like trying to empty the ocean with a teaspoon. As long as there are differences in people, there will be “isms” - racism, sexism, ageism, etc. The focus needs to be a better definition of what racism really is. Racism is doing something racially motivated with the intent of hurting those people. Using slurs, vandalizing a church, etc. But if I want to live in an all-white neighborhood or belong to an all-white club, that’s a personal choice and is not racist.

ReplyDeletea black friend of mine, explained one of many problems with the white race being the fact that white people do not look black people in the eye. So i go around thinking about that almost every time i have a black cashier and i do think it has increased anyone's bonding to a great degree.
