Rock Chalk Basketball Rebuilding

NCAA crackdown and continued scandal over the years has brought forth the end of an era and KC's defacto b-ball team to the West that no longer dominates. Take a look:

Commentary: Facing The End Of Kansas Jayhawks Big 12 Basketball Dynasty

The calendar has turned to March, and with it come certain expectations. For example, temperatures above freezing, and the Kansas Jayhawks cruising to another Big 12 title. But this year - not so much. Commentator Victor Wishna faces the cold reality in this month's edition of "A Fan's Notes."

No big loss. Give people a chance to grow up instead of pretending they are still in college for the rest of their short little lives.

Add yet another sport to the list that TKC doesn't understand.

Rebuilding?

Ranked #13 in the country. With a win tonight, they are just 1 game out of first in the big 12. This season they beat top ranked Tennessee, top 10 Michigan St and 2018 national champ and Big East leaders Villanova. They're projected as March madness 3 seed currently.

Yes, it's quite the rebuilding job in front of them. Instead of scandal, check their roster for injuries and leave of absence and get back to us. You might find another reason for their fall to 2nd place.

Texas Tech is playing the best BB in the conference and is likely to take the regular season title alone. Then on to the end of season tournament, where anything can happen and no one will care.
