Marathon debate planned in Kansas House
"I've never seen anything like this. It's going to be chaos," said Rep. John Carmichael, (D) Wichita, on Sunday afternoon. He's talking about a race against the clock Kansas lawmakers will begin Monday to finish work some say should've been done weeks ago. The Kansas House plans to debate 37 different bills.
