Kansas City Sugar Free Blogging

An old school denizen of the local media game, here's his latest bloggy effort that's worth a peek for Kansas City denizens attempting to get healthy this Spring. Take a peek:

The Unexpected Side Effects of Going Sugar Free

Well, kids and campers-we're two months in to my glorious experiment of avoiding sugar at all costs. And by glorious, I really mean: a hellscape from which I cannot escape unless I succumb and wolf down an entire box of PopTarts-packaging and all.

Good old reliable @8:30 and @9:30, still trying to pretend he was able to "knock somebody out" - further proof that drugs can do bad things to your minds, kids!

Strange that the sugarsbad articles are all seeming to pop up around this time across the Nation. I'd like to go sugar free, but definitely don't have the will power. I try to keep it to a minimum but I'm eating candy right now. At least the article author didn't switch to artificial sweeteners, I'm pretty sure they're even worse. I can't drink a sugar-free or diet drink without getting a headache. Back to the swill I go.
