I’d be happy if we got some games here but it more than likely will be at the beginning stages of the tournament and not any big name teams. It would be nice to get them to come here for sure, I’d go to at least one game, if I can afford it.

Well by golly gosh we are gonna need more shopping and bars and eateries for these youngsters.

Transfer some cash from the bonds to hand out as incentives.

You sure you just don't want to take it from general revenue? Pothole repair or public safety funds? They'll never notice.

Hey, how cool if Billionaires Bezos and Buffet may be so kind to share the wealth in promotions leading up to the WC. Perhaps, hold events at the NFM, like drawings for a big-screen, a tablet, or, a trip to the WC final. Amazon could offer some early-shopper priced deals on "gear" for the fans.

How 'bout a plan to hype the local interest in that Croation natl team, whereby KCMO & the Dotte help sponsor a youth team from that country to have a match against a Sporting coached youth team. Kids get a kick outta soccer!
