He's the last old school pundit still standing at this dead-tree media institution and today he offered his op/ed on last weeks' news whilst calling out ‘cafeteria theology’ of St. Ann administration and supporters. Read more:
JoCo Catholic school ban on child with gay parents was wrong | The Kansas City Star
Archbishop Joseph Naumann has written a defense of the decision to bar a kindergartner from St. Ann Catholic school in Prairie Village because the child's parents are gay. The decision lacks compassion.
To Helling In A Handbasket
ReplyDeleteKC Star's parent company, McClatchy, hit a new 52-week low today.
^^^^ LOL!
ReplyDeleteI denounce dipshit social justice warrior, soon to be without a paper to call home, Dave Helling.
ReplyDeletePrivate means private.
Sad to see Helling take a hard left turn, he was one of the more reasonable columnist back when the paper was a bigger deal. Now I see they're making him tow the company line.
ReplyDelete- KC Taxpayer
Excellent refutations are made available in Mark Robertson's comments following Helling's opinion piece. They explain, concisely, what the position of the Catholic teachings are on homosexuality.
ReplyDeleteAlso, the link he inserts is good info that fills in the omissions to Pope Francis' interview wherein he gave that famed statement of: "Who am I to judge...?". It's this cherry-picked, single line the pro-gay 'lobby' has pointed to as an acceptance of their homosexuality.
^^^^ Where are Robertson's comments posted? Star doesn't show comments any more.
ReplyDeleteNot only is this wrong. It should be illegal. Homosexuality is no longer illegal in America.
ReplyDeleteAt the very least, it shows that they are not good people.
But isn’t illegal. Weird.
ReplyDeleteWrong again dumbass bLIEron, the church can do what it wants and there’s not a damn thing you or anybody else can do about it, you lose again bi-Ron. Hahahahaha!
ReplyDeleteLess than 2000 signed the petition supporting the Lesbian couple over a two week period, over 8000 signed the petition supporting the church in a two DAY period. Funny but the Homosexuals want the electoral college disbanded to "honor the popular vote" but want the minority vote to count in their position. The majority does not want them, period.
ReplyDeletePrivate means private. Too bad queers.
ReplyDeleteWill Helling denounce the ban on gays in mosques and women not allowed to enter certain parts of mosques?
ReplyDeleteOf course not because he's a gutless piece of shit with no real values who's ending his career as an embarrassment when he should have bowed out a decade ago
10:36 FTW
ReplyDeletebc everyday someone exclaims thank God for the KC Star!
ReplyDeleteWho is Dave Helling?
