Investigation underway after KCPD police chaplain accused of abuse
KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- The Kansas City Police Department is investigating after one of their chaplains has been accused of abuse. Kansas City attorney Rebecca Randles, who has represented hundreds of clergy sex abuse victims, identified the chaplain as Baptist minister Stan Archie, who has been part of the department's program for about 10 years, police said.
