  3. In KC it doesn't matter what gets put where in the budget.
    What matters is how it's actually spent.
    This money will just sit there waiting for the next "recognizing an emergency" ordinance and it will disappear into the budget of the latest NEXT BIG THING.
    It never changes.

  4. If people are serious about getting potholes fixed properly, then three things need to happen:
    1. Troy Schulte needs to be fired
    2. The new city manager needs to fire Sherri McIntyre
    3. The new Public Works director needs to clean house in the public works department.

  6. 2 days in Martin City they were patching potholes and they had this mysterious tool in aiding them,its called a roller which when used does a miraculous job in PROPERLY fixing the issue.
