City college sports update for a team that is technically a big deal but has never managed to find a viable fan base. Checkit:

UMKC fires men's basketball head coach Kareem Richardson

KANSAS CITY, MO. (KCTV) --- The University of Missouri-Kansas City has fired men's basketball coach Kareem Richardson. "We have decided to move in a different direction with our men's basketball program consistent with our overall goal of comprehensive excellence," UMKC Athletics Director Brandon Martin said in a statement.

I think UMKC should switch to Division II and join the MIAA. That may put them in a division and conference where they could possibly be more competitive than they are now. It would also save a lot of money on travel costs, staying in the local region instead of going way out to the West Coast for games all the time. They could also get more attendance at games because the other MIAA schools generally have a pretty good following by their fans to road games.

Excellent example of "doublespeak". Just words without real meaning. Typical bullshit from

This firing is completely racist. They will be a lot worse without him.
