Is COMBAT Working To Fight Crime?!?!

A hopeful missive about youth programs and spreading around taxpayer cash in order to prevent criminal activity rather than just respond to it. Meanwhile, KCMO is still waiting on the promise of MORE POLICE ON LOCAL STREETS.

  4. Haven't we all been through this pizza party thing before? Why not take them on a tour of a prison for a day or two instead of treating them like babies and rewarding them for being a criminal, or criminal wannabe!

  5. There are too many of these failed feel good programs that have gone by the wayside after gorging at the public trough.
    This program, at least, gathers them all in one place so it would be like shooting fish in a barrel.
