Here's How THEY Will Deport TKC

Legal license to hassle a wide array of locals and more authority granted to law enforcement that probably isn't Constitutional and often fails to stand up in higher courts. Checkit:

MO Senate Debates Resolution On Questioning Immigration Status With 'Reasonable Suspicion'

A joint resolution before the Senate would require law enforcement to verify the immigration status of individuals if reasonable suspicion exists that they are illegally present in the United States. Republican State Senator Mike Cunningham - District 33, the sponsor of Senate Joint Resolution 18, said his resolution is "carefully drafted" and would protect law-abiding immigrants.

It doesn’t matter. You can do a blog from any basement, anywhere.

10:34, It's racist. It will result in racial profiling. As much as you may not have a problem with that, it would violate The Constitution's equal protection clause.

Shut up Funkhouser before Chet rises from the grave and slaps you ass down again. Nothing racist about it. Illegals are here illegally. So unless their paperwork is clearly legal it's law enforcements job to find out yes or no without a doubt if they belong here or not. Where is my equal protection from phony losers like you who scam the government for disability?

This kind of legislation doesn't pass in a vacuum. If immigration policy were being enforced at the border where it belongs, a law of this sort wouldn't be necessary. Democrats are burning the candle at both ends. They won't do anything to curb illegals, but then cry bigotry when alternate means are employed.
