Kansas celebrates one of Earth's most important resources

One of the most fundamental resources in the state, and in the world, was celebrated at the Statehouse Thursday. Gov. Laura Kelly signed a proclamation declaring Friday as Kansas Water Day. Lawmakers and others learned about water resources and management throughout the state.
