KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Investigators are trying to learn what happened after a construction worker fell to his death Thursday at a downtown convention center hotel site in Kansas City, Missouri. Emergency crews were called shortly after 10 a.m. to the Loews Kansas City Hotel construction site at 15th Street and Baltimore Avenue.

  5. They don't hire brown people on those construction jobs. Subcontractors hire non union labor, there's little training, hospitalization or retirement. Survivor benefits for the children will be Social Security. Cheating labor is the easiest way to get rich by socializing the losses and privatizing the losses. Working people and the boss have nothing in common.
