Christian college says its 'Biblical approach' to discipline threatened by Missouri proposal

JEFFERSON CITY * The College of the Ozarks, a private Christian school near Branson that prides itself on hard work and patriotism, has circulated a letter among Missouri lawmakers blasting proposed changes to how colleges and universities handle sexual misconduct claims. The Tuesday letter came as Democrats continue to rail against the proposal, creating an unusual alliance between liberal legislators and the conservative Missouri college, once featured on "Fox & Friends" for the school's program that offers students a debt-free education in exchange for holding a job on campus.
