Man shot in Blue Springs after reported theft, police say
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A 52-year-old man was shot Friday morning in Blue Springs after a reported theft at his residence, police said. Around 6:35 a.m., police responded to the home near 19th Street and Southwest Stonecreek Drive. According to police, the incident began "as a stealing from a shed at the victim's residence."
