KANSAS CITY, MO. (KCTV) -- Northeast Kansas City residents: Stop if you've heard this one before - a truck got stuck under the overpass at Independence and Wilson Road. Nicknamed the "truck catcher," it happened again on Monday. There were no injuries reported after a semi got stuck under the overpass.

Olathe police save doe that had been trapped in manhole for week

While on a walk Saturday morning, Nadya Di said her dogs led her to a doe trapped in a man hole around 146th Street and Halsey Street in Olathe. The Olathe Police Department said the doe was very agitated and in distress. It is estimated that it had been in the hole for a week or so.

I ask again - Kansas City has no "port", why do we have a "Port Authority"?

Dissolve it, and redact any development loans or tax exemptions fraudulently issued in the Kansa City taxpayer's names.

I've lived in the metro area since 1975 and I'd venture a guess that's at least 60-65 trucks that overpass has snagged. Idiots.
