JACKSON COUNTY, MO (KCTV) -- Three Kansas City men have been charged in connection with an incident where shots were fired outside a church in Raytown on Saturday afternoon.   1. So I just watched this video on Youtube. Its by Vice News called "Expelled From Every Other School".


    You know you want to hope the best, but there is reality. This film reminds me of KCMO public schools and what is coming out of them. Its not all the schools fault. Its definitely the home. The culture of disrespect and violence they grow up in.
