Good Lord. How many studies of the police department do we need? This city studies everything to death....except airport construction.

City Council: Here are some other questions they should study;
1. Does less road maintenance lead to more pot holes?
2. Does more investment in the Jazz Museum lead to greater attendance?
3. Do policies such as the renaming of Paseo lead to a satisfied populace?
4. Does total neglect of curbs, sidewalks, lighting lead to a satisfied populace?
