But this Chief did nothing to fix the system. From all accounts Forté and staff did nothing to fix what they knew to be broken. It appears that all this chief did was to rename a unit and put two new detectives there. What did he do to train commanders? In my military career the buck stopped with the organization and those commanders that did nothing. This may not have been the current chief’s issue, but it is now. It looks like he chose to lead like Forte and those before. Blame the lowest ranks and hide the truth.

Forte was too stupid to do or fix anything for kcmo, Jackson county is finding that out now
